One of the younger riders in the team at only 25 years old, Phil is one of the most promising sprinting talents in the peloton. Breaking onto the professional cycling scene in 2013, he already has stage wins at the Criterium du Dauphine and Abu Dhabi Tour. Phil has big ambitions, and we have no doubt he will be taking some big stage wins in the near future.
