Slovenian born, at 26 years old, Pibernik is entering his 6th season in pro cycling.
Before joining a pro team Pibernik had many top ten rankings in Under-23 category, winning twice Slovenian National title in 2013 and 2015. His most notable victory was a stage win at the Eneco Tour in 2016. Now with four grand tours in his legs, Pibernik is hoping to take more stage wins and help the team for the upcoming seasons.
