Sieberg is renowned as one of the best lead-out men, having worked with some of the best sprinters in the pro peloton leading them to stage wins across the grand tours. He is a reliable teammate and a rider who can bring an incredible amount of knowledge to the younger riders on the team. He is a team captain on the road and a strong classics rider as well. Aside from his responsibility of leading his sprinters to victory, Sieberg took at top 10 finish at the iconic Paris Roubaix in 2016, finishing 7th.
