_Biography

As the first Taiwanese cyclist to race at World Tour level, Feng is known to be the best rider in Taiwan in recent years. Not only he won Taiwanese Road Race Championships in three consecutive years from 2013 to 2015 and has won the National Championship ITT three times too. Beyond Taiwan, Feng has a reputation as one of the best cyclists in Asia and this season improved his best finish in the Asian Cycling Championships from 5th in 2016 to 3rd.
